Drawing on years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager in New York City, Jack established the firm to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective building system designs and consultation.
As a licensed Professional Engineer (licensed as John Corcoran, P.E.), Jack offers expert technical guidance and manages professional filings with local municipalities. Leveraging strong industry partnerships developed throughout his career, Jack leads a team that provides end-to-end services.
